SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. Your signature on this form indicates your agreement to comply with this policy. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to helping you achieve your beauty goals.
HAIR ADJUSTMENTS
Any adjustments needed must be brought to the salons attention
within 5 days after the scheduled appointment.
LATE POLICY
A 15 minute grace period will be given,
anything beyond 15 minutes is subject to rescheduling.
REFUNDS
There will be no refunds on any products or services of any kind. If you are unhappy with something, we will do our best to fix or exchange within the means of our salon.
